One JTN Electrical customer had been calling the company for more than 15 years by April 2026, for everything from a whole-house generator to replacement switches. The Windsor Locks business says it has 34 years in the trade and serves Hartford County and Western Massachusetts, using its own team rather than subcontractors. Its website offers free, in-person estimates within 15 miles of the office. That April customer described new wiring, outlets and lights installed by Stone and Pheonix, who answered questions and accommodated changes during the work. The customer also credited Johnnie Nadeau with prompt responses and project coordination. In February 2026, another homeowner described replacement switches and outlets in an older house, plus new bathroom lighting; the electricians arrived on time and cleaned up afterward. A January 2026 customer said Stone arrived at 8 a.m. after a 5 p.m. call the previous day, explained the work and charged a price the customer considered fair. A December 2024 review described a Saturday visit within an hour for a thermostat issue linked to electrical-panel work about 18 months earlier. The customer said JTN covered the visit under its warranty. A November 2024 customer described installation of an awkward ceiling light, two sconces and a dimmer. More recently, a May 2026 reviewer praised Bode for explaining what he was doing. Google displays a 5-star average from 19 ratings, and BBB gives the business an A+. JTN Electrical Inc.'s Connecticut electrician license is active; New Hampshire also shows an active electrician license for John T Nadeau.
Bode was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and explained everything he was doing well. I would definitely recommend him.
We have used JTN Electrical for all of our electrical needs for over 15 years. They have done a wide variety of jobs for us from complex projects like installing a whole house generator, to simpler tasks such as replacing outlets or switches. Each time we have used them we have been impressed with their quick response and high quality work. Johnnie Nadeau has always gotten back to us quickly regarding our various projects and has coordinated everything in a prompt and efficient manner. The jobs have always been done in an extremely neat and organized fashion. Our most recent interaction with JTN required new wiring and installation of new outlets and lights. Stone and Pheonix were an amazing team, answering all of our questions and extremely willing to make any changes we requested as they were doing the install. We have worked with both of them before and they have always extremely professional, polite, and were able to solve problems that others told us could not be done. We would strongly recommend JTN Electrical for any of your electrical needs. They can handle extremely complicated or very simple requests and always do so in a professional and friendly manner.
JTN is very responsive. I’ve called them twice and had the same excellent service each time. Professional, experienced and knowledgeable.

I would highly recommend JTN Electrical and will use them again with out hesitant. Thanks again Kevin B.
JTN’s electrician Stone was prompt and courteous. Gave me simple and honest answers to my questions, and completed his work quickly. I called for service at 5pm and he was at my door at 8am next day. Price was fair. Would recommend for anyone needing a local electrician.
