Frank did outstanding work. He is very personable and talks you through every step of the process. He also encouraged questions and answered questions I didn’t even know I had. Extremely fair pricing with multiple options. Highly recommend.
Frank was on time, did great work and is very professional and personable. Would definitely use him again. Very fair price.
I would give Frank 6 stars if that were a thing! Frank has done countless jobs in our home: all electrical work for our full kitchen remodel, hard wiring for internet, ceiling fan replacements, panel replacement, pool heater connection, fixture replacements, recessed lighting installation and more. The fact we have re-hired him for so much work is a testament to the quality job he does. His pricing is fair and he always exceeds expectations, making sure everything is perfectly done. Not only does Frank do exceptional work, he is a great communicator and is very responsive. He holds himself to high standards - always treating our home like it is his own - and makes sure everything is clean and neat upon job completion. He's our go to for anything electrical - we wouldn't think of calling anyone else!
I loved all the electronic communications; appointment reminders, quotes/work approvals, and arrival time tracking.
Scheduling was easy online with a prompt confirmation for a few days later. Frank was great, explaining the problems and showing how to reset the issue if it recurred and how to fix it if more needed. Very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely recommend.
