Two days to tear out a failing furnace and AC and put in new ones: that was the job one BuildZoom reviewer described in April 2019, adding that Nathan and his crew kept the price reasonable and left the site clean. K&K Truong, which BBB lists as Truong's Heating & Air Conditioning in Braintree, is an HVAC shop with an A+ BBB grade, BBB accreditation and, per BBB, 18 years in business. BuildZoom shows 5.0★ from 18 ratings and 34 projects over the past three years. The written reviews run from 2014 to 2019, and most of them are about installs. In a June 2018 review, a customer described taking out large radiators in a small house and putting in air conditioning, with the crew fast, on budget and careful with clean-up. A July 2015 reviewer had two old boilers in a two-unit building replaced with high-efficiency gas forced-air heating and cooling, one unit needing all-new ductwork, and said he gave the best quote. A May 2015 review described a four-zone system in a new-construction home, and a May 2014 reviewer had a two-zone AC system put into a much-modified 1940s Cape, said Nathan did not charge the "Concord" premium other vendors did, praised him for pointing out better or cheaper options, and said the company kept up maintenance visits afterward. Service calls get the same kind of account. In November 2014, a customer whose old system went down wrote that the crew took care of it within an hour and the tenant was happy; in October 2014, another customer got a call back within two hours and the job done by end of day. Businesses hired them too: a December 2015 reviewer said Nathan had been doing work for their company for years, and another that month, writing as a general contractor, called them the only HVAC company they trust, finishing on time and on budget. One limit came up in a May 2015 review: that customer's system needed a general contractor to open walls and ceilings, which the reviewer said is not their specialty, though the manager's assessment was honest and the quote for the rest was reasonable. BBB and BuildZoom both list Massachusetts license #4093 for the company.
After having multiple issues with my furnace and AC including ceiling leaks, Nathan and his crew came in and replaced everything in 2 days. Price is reasonable and they work very fast, are respectful and leave the job site clean. I highly recommend them!
We were very worried about doing the major project of taking out the huge radiators in a our smaller house and putting in Air conditioning. We were so lucky to have had Mr. Truong do the service! He and his crew were super fast with the installation, stayed on budget, and was very good with clean up after the job. Communication, customer service, reliability A++++++
