I own an older mobile home and wanted to move the heater/air con outside. I’m super thrilled at the speed with which he came. He always returned my texts and even showed me how it was going when things were being done. I highly recommend Kaake Electric for all your plumbing/electric needs.

My plumber said next we needed to see if the wiring to the blower of my direct-vent gas boiler had juice. That required an electrician. So I had to find Kaake by calling around. Kaake scheduled me in quickly. The wiring to the blower did conduct power, but the blower wouldn’t come on, & needed replacement. They would have entertained replacing only the motor to the blower, if that was a choice. But you can’t buy just that part alone for my Burnham FCM, you have to buy the blower. Kaake wasted no time. Christian was polite and kindly explained what he was testing, evaluating, & what he was doing. I got the part for them because I knew it would save time, and they were trying not to charge me anything more than necessary. (Part had to be ordered in at plumbers supply because it’s not a common boiler.) I really appreciate the effective service, the price, the straightforwardness. Another electrician told me they would’ve charged more per hour than Kaake did. I have heat again in my home today! And I am grateful I found a trustworthy place. I appreciate Kaake, and I also liked hearing that Christian enjoys working there because of how they treat people. He said working at Kaake he can repair parts to boilers, but (like I found myself as I called electricians) most other places replace boilers instead of testing and repairing their electrical parts. Obviously it’s more expensive to replace the entire unit. I’d rather repair it since my boiler still has a few years left possibly. Also it’s important to note that my boiler is discontinued and not a common one. However this repair was handled well and without confusion. Even the plumbing supply takes a moment when I mention the model of my high efficiency boiler (hahaha).
