Storms are where he shows up most. Another, writing that same month, had a private utility pole knocked out by the February 2026 blizzard and got the repair done on a Sunday.
The ordinary work is here too, all from reviews posted in May 2026: a breaker at a rental property he reached within 30 minutes, a laundry hookup moved from the first floor down to the basement with the old 240 pulled out, a manual transfer switch installed after a clear estimate given over the phone. In an April 2025 review, a homeowner said he came out the same day they called about an EV charger, quoted it the next day and installed it that Wednesday, with Zach on the job. In a December 2025 review, a Plymouth customer counted outlets added and a bathroom fan installed in one visit.

On Google it sits at 4.9 stars from 192 ratings, with 147 written reviews going back to 2022, and a commenter in an October 2025 r/CapeCod thread called him honest and fair on the quote.
Not everyone came away happy. A May 2024 reviewer objected to paying up front for estimates on insurance work — $300 to come out, $500 for a written estimate — and said he would not listen. A September 2022 reviewer, who had just bought a house and could not get the heat on, wrote "Beware! He will rip you off!" and said he showed up late.
If the power is out or a storm just took your service line down, he is the call. For planned work, ask what the visit costs, whether the estimate is billed, and get the job price in writing before he starts — particularly if an insurance claim is involved.
