Melo Electric is an electrical business run by owner Ricky Melo (Ricardo). A 2025 review from a property owner said he has helped on jobs from full service line and panel replacements on multifamily buildings to updating outlets inside single units. In a 2026 review, a homeowner with a 1980s house says Ricky upgraded the electrical panel and routed wiring underground for power to a new garage, alongside electrical work throughout the house. Another homeowner says he replaced the entire panel when they were having scary issues with it, and a basement owner says he took out the non-essential wires, cleaned up the essential ones and wired the whole basement. A 2026 review thanks Ricardo Mello for pulling the permits and getting the owners inspected, on a project that ran from changing a ceiling fan to wiring a Commercial Hood System. In a separate 2026 review, a homeowner whose electric meter took on water after a wind and rain storm said Ricky came out the same day and replaced the meter and related components. In a 2026 review, a customer said Rick replaced a damaged mast service and reattached the point of contact after a large snowstorm. Lucas Melo shows up on Thumbtack. One 2026 review says he fixed a vandalized outside light's bracket, lamp assembly and wiring; another says he installed a manual transfer switch and a bedroom fan; a third says he installed two bathroom fans, updated an old switch and put in a GFCI outlet. In a 2025 review, a construction manager said Rick replaced the entire service from the meter to every outlet and switch in a gut-renovated 3 bedroom ranch.
