We were very impressed with Mike Karales, his professionalism, level of knowledge and his responsiveness. His interest in working with us from the start to provide the best possible end result is why we chose him for our project in the first place. He was on top of all of the necessary paperwork and documentation - contractor’s license, building permit, contract, insurance certificate, etc. We had a wonderful range of choices for materials and Mike provided plenty of samples so that we knew exactly what we were getting. We were also impressed by the workmanship and care shown by the men on the job. After each days’ work they left the work area clean and debris-free. They stayed focused on the job at all times. Mike came by frequently to check in on progress and to answer any questions that came up. The house is beautifully transformed and the deck is outstanding. If you are looking for siding or deck work, you will be in excellent hands with Mike Karales.
Mike is friendly and easy to work with. His crew did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them. We had a minor issue with a storm door and Mike came and took care of it the same day!
