Josh was efficient , helpful, great to work with and great price for awesome service!👍

Josh was excellent! He did a great job installing our heat pumps. He made the process super easy. He was great to communicate with! Highly recommend him!

They were on time and extremely polite. They were very transparent on what was wrong with my furnace and made the fix. I would hundred percently use them again.

We just had our heat pump Minisplit installed by him last week. He went out of his way to arrange his schedule to get this done for us, and the unit has already been amazing. We almost had a larger company install a Minisplit for us, and I'm so glad I reached out to Karkos for a second opinion. The unit the first company was going to install wasn't Efficiency Maine qualified, and also wasn't a low-temp unit. He guided us through choosing the correct unit, answered every single question happily, and communicated extremely efficiently and quickly. He was so conscientious of our home also. He cleaned up everything before leaving and there's not a trace of any mess. He even vacuumed the welcome mat where he walked on when entering the house! Another thing to note, our daughter is autistic and was having a rough day. He wasn't phased one bit by this and was incredibly respectful. I can't recommend Karkos enough. I'm going to be using him again in the future for more of these heat pumps!
