Kaser Home Improvement is a Brewster-based home improvement and construction company run by Gary Kaser, offering renovation, remodeling, kitchens, custom built-ins, windows, doors, decks and roofing across Cape Cod and the Islands. The reviews describe genuinely varied, substantial work. An April 2025 review described Gary and his team building a new home from the ground up, staying involved through every step and drawing on what the reviewer called an incredible network of trusted subcontractors on the Cape. Another April 2025 review described a full-house renovation completed with consistently responsive communication throughout. A 2023 review described a larger renovation project that converted a porch into a dining room and added a brand-new kitchen, a bathroom remodel and a new office. A June 2025 review described replacing and enlarging a 35-year-old deck, calling the work competitively priced and beautifully built. A 2024 review said the reviewer had referred Gary to a number of real estate clients for updates and renovations, with no one ever unhappy — a sign of repeat trust beyond a single project. With seven written reviews on file, all from 2023 through 2025 and all five stars, the evidence here is positive but still limited in volume. Every account describes reliable communication, fair pricing, and quality craftsmanship across everything from decks to full-house renovations and new construction.
