Kats Construction & Remodel

Had a very good initial meeting and communication with Tom, where he came out, gave us some ideas, and talked about what he might do. Said he'd have an estimate to us the next day. No estimate. A week later I reached out, he eventually replied and said he'd have an estimate the next day. Still no estimate. I tried again a week later, and he never replied. Based on other reviews, this probably isn't his typical behavior, but it was a pretty disappointing experience.

Tom and his team at KATS Construction & Remodel on 2 separate bathroom remodels now. He did such a fantastic job on the first bathroom, that we called him again to do a bathroom in a second property. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Each project was completed smoothly and in a timely manner. There was excellent communication, and he kept us updated on the entire process, every step of the way. The final results of both bathrooms exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to update their home.

I was looking for a contractor to replace my old metal bathtub with a shower and Kats Construction & Remodel were up to the task! Tom and his crew are courteous, helpful, and professional. They make sure the customer is taken care of and informed about everything that's going on. The prices are very fair, the communication is great, and the workmanship is excellent. I look forward to hiring Tom and his crew again in the future. Thank you, Tom!

From beginning to end, Kats, construction and Tom were excellent communicators. He listened to what we wanted and brought our vision to life. We love our bathroom, an can't thank them enough. We highly recommend them.

Tom and his team are thorough, responsive, and clean. He communicated well with me throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this company.
