Keith E Whittaker Construction

Keith E Whittaker Construction is a Sutton-based contracting outfit known locally for design-build renovation work — in a 2021 Reddit thread answering a question about kitchen renovation contractors, a commenter pointed to Whittaker Contracting, saying it "does amazing work" and designs projects to a client's needs before installing them. Beyond that single recommendation there isn't much of a public record to draw on for this business. Worth asking about before booking: the company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, held by Keith Whittaker, is listed as expired in the state registry — worth confirming it's been renewed before signing anything. A reasonable call for a design-and-build approach to a renovation, provided the registration question gets settled first.
