Kelleher Built, Inc.

Kelleher Built, Inc. is a Scituate design-build and carpentry outfit that takes on projects across the South Shore — additions, full home remodeling, kitchens and baths, decks, finished basements, and siding — with a niche in marine and coastal weatherproofing and leak investigation work that fits its shoreline territory. The one written account on file, a 2018 Houzz post, comes from HC Design, Inc., a fellow design firm that says it has referred and collaborated with Kelleher Built on client projects for years, calling the crew's workmanship, professionalism and honesty consistent enough to keep sending them regular work under DJ Kelleher. That's a professional's endorsement rather than a homeowner's own account, so it speaks to how the trade sees them more than to a client's experience — worth asking for homeowner references directly. BuildZoom lists a home improvement contractor registration, #174385, for the company, and shows 37 permitted projects; Houzz separately shows 6. For a South Shore homeowner tackling an addition, a full remodel, or exterior and siding work — especially near the coast — this is a crew other builders vouch for; just get a couple of recent client names before signing on.
