In 2024, a customer whose oil line was severed by a falling box while they were moving in said Chris and his son, Jake, arrived at the same time as the fire truck, took action to stop the spill and stayed for a few hours after the firefighters left to help with the cleanup, giving them cleaning materials free of charge. That 2024 customer said the company offered options to repair the old tank or replace it, and the day after they chose a new tank, Chris and Jake came out and did the work. The company describes itself as a family-owned home heating oil delivery and 24-hour burner service company that has served Weymouth and the South Shore since 1980. Its BBB grade is A+. In a 2022 review, a customer with an aging oil-burning furnace said the owner himself contacted them to walk through the "symptoms" to make sure they were not in danger, and that a tech was deployed on a holiday within a half hour of their call.
