What really stood out was how friendly and down-to-earth the whole team was. They weren’t just there to get the job done; they genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the results. They were super easy to work with and really knew their stuff. They tackled some pretty tricky challenges without missing a beat, and the whole project was done on time and within budget—which is a big deal! Just watched a guy in a Diamond Mechanical van blow through a stop sign in Harvard Sq and then lean on his horn for a full 20 seconds (!) while the car ahead of him stopped for pedestrians in the crosswalk. Can’t speak to their plumbing services but I wouldn’t want someone with that kind of road rage working on my house.
