Kenneth W Davis

Kenneth W Davis Construction works out of Haverhill, and its jobs turn up in the permit office: BuildZoom's profile lists a $34,000 deck in Newburyport in 2019, a $63,600 kitchen remodel there in 2020, and a $34,100 Billerica job in 2022. BuildZoom also lists two Massachusetts licences for the business — home improvement contractor #206430 and construction supervisor #CS-112328. Those numbers are the directory's; run them through the state's licence lookup before you sign anything. The same profile gives the company a BuildZoom score of 91, which it puts in the top 37% of the Massachusetts contractors it scores. For a deck or a kitchen in the Merrimack Valley, this is a builder who has pulled permits for jobs of exactly that size. Ask to see photos of the two Newburyport projects, ask who will be swinging the hammer day to day, and confirm both licence numbers with the state.
