Kevin E Hickey

Roofs, and a lot of them: 207 permitted projects sit under Kevin E Hickey's name, worked out of Sandrick Rd in Belmont with Richard Hickey and Richard L Hickey. Gutters, flashing and skylights round out what the crew takes on. The permits spread well past Belmont — Boston, West Roxbury, Dorchester, Newton, Everett, Malden, Quincy, Revere and Nahant all turn up. Nine of them came between 2023 and 2025, five in 2023, three in 2024 and one in 2025, and a typical job is permitted around $12,715. BuildZoom's page carries a stack of licence numbers under the Hickey name — Construction Supervisor #CS-081034, Home Improvement Contractor #164258 and #176991, and residential builder entries — spread across seven licence types. Look up the one that covers your job on the Massachusetts registry before you sign. For a Belmont-area roof, a gutter run or a skylight, this is a local crew with a long trail of permitted work in the towns around it. Ask which licence covers your job, get the scope and insurance in writing, and ask for addresses of roofs they finished nearby.
