Panel replacements, generator installations and the wiring around them feature in Kevin Kelley Electrical customers' accounts. The company describes itself as based in Leominster, serving residential and commercial customers across Worcester County and Southern New Hampshire. Its website offers free estimates and advertises rewiring, EV charger and lighting installation, and hot tub and sauna wiring alongside panel and generator work. In a December 2023 HomeAdvisor review, a homeowner described a panel upgrade and generator installation. They said Kevin answered their questions, arrived at the agreed time and completed the work promptly and neatly. A February 2024 customer reported that he installed a power transfer switch and the necessary cables, finishing on schedule. Another homeowner, writing in August 2023, described replacement of an existing circuit panel in a house built in the 1960s; they said the crew overcame obstacles and that Kevin's price was below some other quotes they received. Smaller jobs also drew specific praise. A September 2023 customer said Kevin installed two ceiling fans and did the associated rewiring. In August 2023, one reviewer described a quick replacement of a faulty GFI. Another said Kevin's colleague Mark patched wallboard cut for wiring to added outlets and praised the tidy service. A separate August 2023 customer described Mark's patching work and called the price fair. Customers writing in 2023 and 2024 praised quick responses. In November 2025, a HomeAdvisor reviewer said the appointment was arranged by phone, the team arrived the next day, and Austin completed the job in 30 minutes. HomeAdvisor lists a 4.9-star average from 34 ratings; Thumbtack lists 5.0 from two. One November 2023 panel customer also reported a hassle with a unit in the house after the work, which they thought might relate to the reenergizing sequence. That customer praised the team for locating a hard-to-find component and working on a weekend, and said they would hire Kevin again. The company publishes Massachusetts master licence number 23440-A and New Hampshire master licence number 16141 on its website.
