Can't recommend Kevin enough if you are looking to buy a home in MA/NH. We were on an extremely tight timeline, with some confounding factors which made it seem we would be unlikely to move into a home when we wanted. After getting no response from some other bigger branded realtors in the area, Kevin immediately responded to my text and we had a great call. He jumped into action immediately. Within a week we were visiting houses and Kevin set us up with a new loan officer after the one we were working with was slow to respond. He was communicative at every step of the way and we always knew where we were in the process. He followed our lead in listening to our wants and needs and took point in the areas that might have lead to roadblocks. We were in our new home within another month and a half - something we didn't think would be possible when we started. It's hard to trust someone with a life changing decision like buying a new home, especially when you don't know them. We were incredibly lucky to have Kevin work with us and would trust him in the future to help with any real estate needs. Highly recommended!

Kevin was absolutely amazing. He found me the perfect house on the first try based solely on our phone conversations. He also found me a realtor to list my house for sale in a different state, which sold to the first person who looked at it. To say I am delighted is an understatement.
