KG Painting says it has been in business for 10 years and offers free estimates. Its website describes refinishing a dresser the same way as cabinet work: doors and drawers were removed, and everything was cleaned, sanded, primed, sanded again and given two coats of Ben Moore's Chantilly Lace with a semigloss finish. A recent review says Chris asked questions along the way to make sure he met expectations and shared a progress update each day on the work completed and what was coming up next. In 2025, Chris painted a customer's old kitchen cabinets along with some areas of the kitchen and dining room ceilings and the living room; that 2025 customer wrote that he sent daily photos and updates and called his prices very fair and reasonable. In a separate 2025 review, Chris painted three bedrooms and a hallway and turned dark woodwork into white trim. In 2024, Chris painted a customer's 30-year-old kitchen cabinets, sanding, priming and applying two coats of paint. A 2024 review says he did a kitchen and some ceilings, including a black office ceiling that was a first for him. In a 2024 review, a customer who had an entire condo repainted along with woodwork wrote that the cost could not be beat. After a bathroom leak left yellow marks on a customer's kitchen ceilings, a 2024 review says Christopher fixed it right up. In 2023, Chris painted a customer's basement, communicated every day about his progress and left the workspace clean and organized each day. A 2023 customer wrote that he arrived at the agreed upon time to paint a sunroom and finished in the time frame quoted. A 2023 review says Chris put life back into a rental ruined by previous tenants and finished sooner than expected. In a 2023 review written on behalf of the writer's parents, the writer said he painted six rooms, stacked his equipment neatly in the corner at the end of each day and left no paint spatters.
