Kib's Well and Home Repair Services LLC replaces well pumps and pressure tanks. A recent customer called on a Monday morning about an old water system and they showed up the same day; after deciding to replace the pump and pressure tank, Jacob and Jessie came for a Saturday morning appointment exactly on time and had the job done in a little over two hours. A recent customer with no water called that evening, and they were out the next morning. Another recent customer said they replaced parts under warranty and also inspected the system and made recommendations to avoid future problems. A 2026 customer wrote that the well pump was buried under two feet of snow 25 yards down the backyard, and that Jacob and Jessie replaced it; when the well tank died two days later, that 2026 customer said they replaced it the next morning. A 2023 customer who woke up on a Saturday with no water said they inspected the equipment and determined the well pump was shot. That 2023 customer wrote that Jacob found a yellow jacket nest about a foot from the well casing, received about 8 stings and had to retreat until Sunday morning, and that he and Jesse removed and reinstalled a radon mitigation system attached to the well casing; the final bill was significantly below the initial estimate. A 2023 customer with no water pressure said they came out about an hour later, replaced the pump's pressure switch and refilled the bladder. A 2024 customer described a full pressure tank replacement in about 2 hours start to finish and said the cost was "a little more than I thought."
Wow, I can’t say enough good things about them. We had no water, called that evening and they were out the next morning. Both were so professional and hardworking. We got back up in no time. Thank you so much. I would recommend highly!!!
Very professional. Great response time. Not only replaced parts under warranty, but inspected the system and made recommendations to avoid future problems. Great start up company. Give them a chance.
I called Kib's, on a Monday morning, to have them look at my old water system and they showed up the same day. After deciding to replace the pump and pressure tank, we set up an appointment for that coming Saturday morning at 9:30 (so that I wouldn't miss time at work). Jacob and Jessie showed up exactly on time and had the job done in a little over two hours. I am very happy with the job they did and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their well serviced.
I turned on a faucet one day and low and behold.... no water came out. The first issue was with my well pump. It was buried under two feet of snow 25 yards down my backyard. No problem for Jacob and Jessie. They tackled a number of issues when replacing the pump while overcoming a number of challenges that required creative solutions. They're very creative problem solvers. Then two days later my well tank died. Jacob and Jessie came over and replaced it the next morning and did another fantastic job. Not only are they a great team and very easy to work with they have good pricing too. I would highly recommend them for all your well needs. Bill, Brimfield.
Super nice, responsive, quick, punctual. What’s not to like? Full pressure tank replacement in about 2 hours start to finish. It was a little more than I thought but what isn’t these days. Highly recommend these folks.
