Richie and Jess were great , they explained everything and when I had questions about changes I wanted they were understanding and had suggestions to help me. Richie and his crew were hard workers and cleaned everything up . We are so happy with what they did , we have more work for them!

AIA came today to remove a few bulk items that needed to be disposed of, to remove an old garden arbor and assemble a new one. Super nice guys, very fast and clean and did a wonderful job! Will definitely use and recommend them in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about all of you from coordinating with Jess to Richie and the guys coming here and getting the job done!! Must be successful. Ghosted me before and after visiting for a quote on lawncare. Took them 2-3 days to respond to the webform, 5 days to visit, wouldn't give me even a verbal estimate, needed prompting after 9 days to respond, and said they couldn't do the job. So, basically a total waste of time and effort. --update First, it took at least 2 days for you to respond. You may want to check your batch jobs for your webform. Maybe I hit after your deadline, and it batched the next day? Second, you didn't respond with the lack of quote til prompted 9 days after the visit. You actually told me you wouldn't give me a quote at all until you had it all ready. Initial visit was on May 2. My prompt was on May 10. Your response was on May 11 (so... 9 days). So... yeah. Let's leave the updated timeline with the readers.

I had a leak in the ceiling from an ice dam and also had a ceiling fan that had stopped working. Richie was very prompt in getting back to me and took care of the ceiling in a couple hours. He also determined the ceiling fan had burned out and came out the very next day to install the new one. He’s very knowledgeable and does great work I’d highly recommend and will be using his services again.
