Stair runners and carpet feature in customer accounts of King Flooring Carpet Workroom in Sagamore Beach. In a January 2025 Google review, a homeowner described hiring Chris to replace a floor runner at their Sagamore Beach home. They said he offered choices at different price points without pushing the most expensive option, and gave advice throughout the process. A December 2024 reviewer had contacted the company after their aging dog fell down the stairs. They said they heard back right away and chose in-stock options for a faster turnaround. The worker advised them about avoiding materials that could catch the dog’s nails and choosing something easy to clean, brought the three options they were considering, and worked on a weekend to help. The customer praised both the new look and its function. In an April 2023 review, Monica MacKenzie Design Build described using Chris as a subcontractor for several client staircases and, most recently, wool wall-to-wall carpet. The reviewer praised his organization and responsiveness and said clients had loved the products and service. Another April 2023 customer praised a stair runner and said Chris was easy to reach with questions. Google lists a 4.3-star average from six ratings. There is also a sharply negative account: an August 2022 reviewer called the provider a “complete scammer” and warned others to stay away. That is the reviewer’s allegation.
