A 2025 customer said they contracted with Kingsbury to repair a road, creek bed and surrounding areas wiped out by the July 2025 flood, and that Kingsbury worked quickly to give them vehicle access to their homes. Septic work runs back further. A 2022 customer said that when their septic system failed, Kingsbury discounted the pumping of the tank while the engineering was done, then installed the new system on time and under budget once the design was in hand. A 2022 customer said Robbie and Dillon performed the Earthbuster service on a compacted drainfield and that everything went per Robbie's estimates. A 2022 customer said Kingsbury came out to pump their tank and inspect a septic pump that was causing alarm, and that Robbie was helpful and knowledgeable about septic repair.
