We had an excellent experience with Kitchen Concepts to replace our countertops with quartz. They were very patient as we selected a design and provided multiple estimates. The process and communication was clear and installation was highly professional - the countertops look terrific.
Second kitchen remodel from Kitchen Concepts and, this time, a bathroom renovation, too. They worked closely with me during design and implementation of my kitchen remodel. They gave me lots of advice and options in the design stage, and managed the project well, start to finish. They set a schedule for the work, kept me informed of changes/cost impacts, and finished on time.
My kitchen renovation included lavender cabinets! The finished product is awesome and exactly what I’d hoped for. The Kitchen Concept team was able to see my vision and made it happen. From our first meeting with Jim and Jenn I knew this was the right team. All the contractors were professional, courteous and respectful of our space. They were spot on either timing, no hidden costs and a fabulous finished kitchen. I highly recommend Kitchen Concepts for your home renovation needs!
We are so happy with our kitchen and glad we chose Kitchen Concepts. We had so much space in our small kitchen that just wasn’t functional in addition to outdated cabinets and an overall strange design choice. This kitchen was built in the 50s and had clearly never been updated. Jenn came up with an incredible design to maximize our space. She was patient with us and answered all of our questions throughout the design process. Ellen coordinated everything and was communicative with us. Jim has a great team of subcontractors. Dan and Dave did an amazing job and were so nice and professional. Our dog Tucker will miss hanging out with them during the day! If you’re on the fence about using Kitchen Concepts, just go for it! They are truly worth every penny. We will definitely be using them in the future for our bathrooms.
The team at Kitchen Concepts did a wonderful job with our kitchen: they were professional, friendly, and finished the job on time. They provided excellent communication and we’re willing to trouble-shoot throughout the job. I really can’t praise the team they’ve assembled enough. Our new kitchen is gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend!
