I worked with Vonnie, great experience. She is full of ideas and we got the dream bathroom we wanted! Project was smooth, we did enjoy working with Kitchens by Herzenberg.
My experience with this company was terrible. They sent a sub contractor to assess a repair. This person down played the length of time if would take to complete the repair. Once the repair was completed I received an invoice with no itemization. When I requested an itemization because I wanted to understand why the amount was what it was, I was told by the office manager that the contractor would make sure it reached the amount so there was no point. I requested the owner contact me. He didn't contact me but I am not surprised considering they way the staff behaves. The people that work for this company lack customer service skills and willingness to work with the customer. If you want a good experience with people that care I would not choose this company.
Excellent results. From the planning of the project all the way to completion they were courteous and professional. The cabinetry and tiling selections were outstanding. The co-ordination of the project from gutting to finish work was efficient so that I was able to use the kitchen in about 4 weeks.
Paul Herzenberg came to my home in Lenox, Ma. to help me add on to my Cabico kitchen which he originally installed through the builder. His design was perfect and creative. The cabinets arrived on time. Paul arranged to have Tony Mazzeo, a local craftsman, install the cabinets. This not only helped with the cost, but Tony continued on to do other work in my home. I was so pleased with the kitchen, I then asked Herzenber to design a room divider with shelves on one side and cabinets on the other. I am thrilled with both projects. The communication and quality exceeded my expectations.
