KNM did a full kitchen renovation that included removing a wall, as well as a powder bathroom and living room refresh. Kris was wonderful to work with. He is an excellent project manager and a great communicator. He gave good advice and was also receptive to my thoughts and ideas. His team and subcontractors were all great people who also happen to do great work. I would absolutely recommend KNM Construction to anyone in need of a contractor.
Kris and his team are great at what they do. Detail oriented, great communicators, and respectful of your house. We have had two separate projects— a full bath and a built-in closet. We had no question about calling them back for the second job. Highly recommend!
KNM did an excellent kitchen remodel for us at a very reasonable cost. Kris listened carefully when we shared what we wanted and made sure the final product was what we had envisioned. He quickly and clearly responded to our questions and kept us well-informed throughout the whole process. Kris has an eye to detail and is particular about how things are done. He helped maximize a small space, and the result is beautiful and functional. The remodeled kitchen and spaces around it were immaculate upon completion. We highly recommend KNM.
Kris was great to work with! Not only is his work is beautiful and meticulously done, but Kris is a genuinely kind and honest person. He stayed on time and on budget. When we made some big (at first) and slight changes (throughout the project), he immediately updated our estimate and reviewed it with us. Kris, Stephanie, and Junio were all so kind and friendly when we communicated with them throughout the project. We would highly recommend KNM Construction and I will definitely use them for future projects.
