KPD Construction says it helps homeowners across Massachusetts improve, protect and enhance their properties with construction and exterior services, and reports 5 years in business. Its website names Ashland, Boston, Newton, Wellesley, Lexington and Needham as its service area. In a 2026 Google review, a customer described an enormous deck put in to transform the backyard, with a roof and structure over the deck for a private hot tub. The same customer said they had also used Kevin on their New Hampshire properties, including fully renovating an 1800s barn and connecting it into the house, and had him re-side the entire house, which came out beautiful. Another 2026 customer said Kevin did a great job with a challenging deck, was patient as the design evolved, and that his work was quick. After seeing KPD's work on a new deck in the neighborhood, a 2026 customer asked them to install safety railings leading to the backyard; a month later Kevin added shorter railings in the front yard. That customer called him thorough and knowledgeable, completing jobs as scheduled. Kevin and his team installed a fence at a customer's house in 2026, and that customer called them punctual, professional and responsible throughout. A 2026 review says KPD replaced the front siding of a home and describes the work as clean and professional. Another 2026 customer had him do exterior painting. A 2026 customer said Kevin is willing to explain what he is doing so the process is clear, without pressure to spend more than necessary. The company's website says it offers free estimates.
