L.L. Vigers Home Improvement

A new roof, a remodeled front porch, repaired floors and painted rooms: that was how one homeowner described L.L. Vigers Home Improvement in a March 2014 Angi review. The company advertises general contracting and home renovations across Southeastern Massachusetts, including additions, roofing, siding, kitchens, baths, flooring and decks. It describes itself as family-owned; BBB identifies Laura L Vigers as the owner and gives a January 1984 business start date. The business is based in Buzzards Bay, a village of Bourne. More recent customers described smaller projects. In a June 2025 Google review, a Bourne customer praised new kitchen countertops. An Angi reviewer that month praised Laura and her team for fast work, quality and price. A July 2021 reviewer described luxury vinyl flooring installation and said the work was quick and reasonably priced. There is also a specific complaint. In February 2020, an Angi customer said the job was never completed and that they were charged twice for two visits involving silicone work on a stack. Angi says the business responded by offering to make it right. Separately, a May 2021 reviewer said the company was courteous and returned to correct a problem. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 176900, is active under registry holder Laura Vigers. BBB gives the business an A+ grade and identifies it as not accredited. The Angi profile advertises free estimates and states that the business offers neither emergency service nor warranties.
