Lacillade Kitchen + Bath says it designs custom kitchens and baths for Vermont homeowners and builders from its Williston studio, with Heather and Logan planning the rooms. The company says it has been in business 44 years, and its stated service area includes Williston, Burlington, South Burlington, Essex, Shelburne, Charlotte, Hinesburg and Middlebury. On Google it holds 4.4 stars from 14 ratings. Heather has helped a recent customer's family with two kitchens, and that customer credited her sense of how a kitchen flows. A recent customer who had a kitchen finished said the pricing was fair and praised the communication. A 2025 customer said Logan's communication held up through their waffling on finishes, and that they were able to expand and create a kitchen for their family. A recent reviewer said they sat down with someone for an estimate to redo their kitchen, left with an agreement on timing, and never heard back. A 2023 customer said their project started in February and they got the last cabinet in August. That 2023 customer said the glass cabinets they asked for came without the glass, the bottoms were not finished, the opening for the dishwasher already on site was too small, and Heather finally ghosted them.
Heather has helped Family with two kitchens and her design and sense of design has be amazing. Her sense flow of a kitchen has come from years of experience.

We took the time to go in and sit down with someone to get an estimate to redo our kitchen. We left with an agreement on timing and there was no follow through. To this day we have never heard back from them. We took our business elsewhere.
