Eighty-five Houzz reviews averaging 4.9, and the name that keeps surfacing isn't the company's — it's Joe, Nai or Allison, whoever walked that customer through the showroom. LaFauci Tile and Marble sits at 432 Main St in Watertown, incorporated in 2010 as LaFauci Tile and Marble Co., Inc., with Joe and Anthony LaFauci as co-owners and three employees on the books. BBB files the business under Tile Sales and describes it as a supplier of custom tile, marble, granite, countertops, glass, porcelain, mosaic, slate and limestone. Houzz adds tile installation, backsplash installation and tile repair, and lists roughly fifty Greater Boston towns served. What customers write about is almost always the selection process, and they describe it the same way. A June 2023 reviewer mid-way through a multi-room remodel said Nai had terrific patience and built looks from minimal direction. That May, another said Allison took an interest on the first visit and stayed patient across several more as they changed their mind, and rated the showroom's range above what they had found elsewhere. In December 2022 a customer picked marble herringbone for a kitchen backsplash with Joe; in October 2024 a bathroom-renovation customer said the staff steered them to the right choices. Installation does happen. One June 2022 review covers a job end to end — tile selection, demolition, then tile on the shower walls and the bathroom floor — but it is a thin slice of what people write about. If your project needs a crew rather than a counter, ask directly who does the installing and pin that down in writing. The word-of-mouth outside the platforms points the same way. A Boston.com writer in December 2017 described a Saturday trip to the Watertown showroom that broke a design rut, calling it an unpaid endorsement. Boston Magazine credited a Chestnut Hill kitchen's Glazzio porcelain tile to LaFauci in 2021, and a design firm posted in December 2025 about curating a kitchen palette with them. The showroom took Best of Boston for Kitchen & Bath Tile West in 2017, and BBB grades it A+ without accreditation. One practical note on timing: the written accounts run 2022 to October 2024, so the most recent are roughly two years old, and all 85 ratings sit on a single platform. Go for the inventory and the selection expertise — then confirm current lead times and who will be on the tools before you commit.

The staff at LaFauci were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They guided us to the right choices for our bathroom renovation project and the result could not be more to our liking!
LaFauci Tile was a pleasure to work with, and I'm grateful for their expertise and guidance. We are doing a home remodel and needed tile for several different rooms. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and Nai, the salesperson, had terrific patience with me, and brought some great ideas to the table. She listened carefully and created looks based on my minimal direction and really brought them to life. Nai is incredibly professional and talented and I would highly recommend working with LaFauci to anyone.
The customer service at LaFauci is really wonderful- Nai was so helpful with listening to my thoughts, guiding me and making suggestions- and proved very knowledgable about products. She also provided updates and feedback without prompting which I really appreciate! I highly recommend Lafauci Tile and Marble!

Working with Allison and Joe at LaFauci Tile was a highlight of my renovation experience. I started out looking for tile at another store but decided to check out LaFauci because I wasn’t finding what I wanted elsewhere. Immediately on my first visit Allison took great interest in my project and over several visits helped me find what I needed, got samples, and was very patient as I changed my mind (lots). The selection in their showroom was superior to what I found elsewhere. These people know tile and marble and gave me lots of expert advice as I made selections. In the end, I have beautiful tile and marble selections my bathroom renovations!! Don’t waste your time elsewhere; head to LaFauci!
