LaFauci Tile and Marble is a Watertown showroom people end up circling back to mid-renovation — several reviewers describe starting their tile search elsewhere and finding what they actually wanted only after walking into LaFauci. Incorporated in 2010 by co-owners Joe and Anthony LaFauci, the company sells custom tile, marble, granite and countertop stone from its Main Street location and has picked up 11 Houzz awards, including a 2017 Best of Boston award for Kitchen & Bath Tile West. What comes up again and again across 85 Houzz ratings averaging 4.9, including a dozen detailed reviews from 2022 through 2024, is the showroom staff by name. Reviewers repeatedly single out Joe, Nai and Allison for working through indecision: one described starting with 'minimal direction' and having Nai 'bring the looks to life,' another said Joe 'knew the exact tiles to pair together' during an initial consult. In a 2022 review, a homeowner described the team handling a bathroom project start to finish — 'from tile selection to demolition, to tile installation on the walls and floor.' A separate 2022 review described a kitchen backsplash job in marble herringbone tile. Its BBB profile is A+, with no complaints on file. News write-ups going back to 2017 land on the same theme: a boston.com writer called an afternoon visit there 'a life saver' for a stalled remodel, and a 2018 local profile noted the family-owned shop had been on Main Street for eight years by then. For a kitchen or bathroom project where the tile and stone choices matter as much as the installation, the reviews suggest walking in with rough ideas rather than a finished plan — the strongest thread here is staff who help narrow that down before the order gets placed.

The staff at LaFauci were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They guided us to the right choices for our bathroom renovation project and the result could not be more to our liking!
LaFauci Tile was a pleasure to work with, and I'm grateful for their expertise and guidance. We are doing a home remodel and needed tile for several different rooms. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and Nai, the salesperson, had terrific patience with me, and brought some great ideas to the table. She listened carefully and created looks based on my minimal direction and really brought them to life. Nai is incredibly professional and talented and I would highly recommend working with LaFauci to anyone.
The customer service at LaFauci is really wonderful- Nai was so helpful with listening to my thoughts, guiding me and making suggestions- and proved very knowledgable about products. She also provided updates and feedback without prompting which I really appreciate! I highly recommend Lafauci Tile and Marble!
First time with remodeling and Nai at LaFauci made it a breeze. So knowledgeable. Accessible. Great listener and offered her expert opinion as well. I could not recommend this company enough. Although I knew nothing about tile or the process o felt in control the whole time. Great product. Arrived on time. No need to go anywhere else. Highly recommend
Working with Allison and Joe at LaFauci Tile was a highlight of my renovation experience. I started out looking for tile at another store but decided to check out LaFauci because I wasn’t finding what I wanted elsewhere. Immediately on my first visit Allison took great interest in my project and over several visits helped me find what I needed, got samples, and was very patient as I changed my mind (lots). The selection in their showroom was superior to what I found elsewhere. These people know tile and marble and gave me lots of expert advice as I made selections. In the end, I have beautiful tile and marble selections my bathroom renovations!! Don’t waste your time elsewhere; head to LaFauci!
