The Hampden company describes itself as a licensed plumbing and HVAC outfit serving Western Massachusetts, from Springfield, Chicopee and Holyoke to Agawam, East Longmeadow and Palmer. The work customers describe runs across both trades. In June 2026, a customer replacing a 17-year-old central air system in a house built before central air existed wrote that the project went without mishaps and that the crew showed them how to run the new system. An August 2026 reviewer said Keith came the same day for an AC problem. On the plumbing side, an August 2026 customer woke to a leaking fridge water line and had Seth there the same day, sooner than first estimated; a June 2026 reviewer had an old water heater removed and new PEX line run under a crawlspace; and an April 2026 customer described Keith quoting and installing a propane water heater with new piping and a bigger chimney vent, and explaining the warranty.
