Lancer Contracting

Lancer Contracting & Service Co Inc is an Arlington, Massachusetts outfit with 135 permitted projects on file with BuildZoom, most of them plumbing work, alongside general contracting jobs like additions and basement remodels. The company, owned by David M Sylva, also lists itself on Houzz claiming more than 35 years of experience in remodeling and service trades, with a large service area shown around Arlington. BuildZoom gives the company a BZ Score of 100 and lists a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor license (CS-026454) and a Massachusetts Plumber license (9832) for the business, plus several other Massachusetts license numbers on file (MA30440P, 19092, 111547, 118161). One of the listed numbers shows as active with a printed expiration of May 2024, already past, so it's worth confirming current status directly with the state before hiring. A reasonable call for an Arlington-area homeowner whose project overlaps plumbing and general remodeling work — confirm which license actually covers your job and get everything in writing before signing.
