Landmark's communication was great--and they completed the job on our roof (installing a metal ice belt) and gutters (completely new gutter installation) exactly to our specifications, down to every item on our "punch list." The crews working on our house were neat and respectful. We are ready for the next storm! But we would definitely use them again for roof or gutter work. A fine company.

Fast and professional; beautiful work.

Landmark Roofing failed to deliver the results stipulated in the contract. Fred has acknowledged that Ryan, who was the sales representative we worked with 2.5 years ago, promised results he could not possibly deliver, most likely due to misjudgement. However, Landmark refuses to take responsibility for Ryan's misjudgement. As a result, despite having paid nearly $11,000 to repair our roof at the time, we now face the need to have it repaired again at full cost. Disappointing. Other than that, interaction with the handymen and with Ryan and Fred was good while they were working here.
