After dealing with a persistent leak caused by severe ice dams this winter, I contacted three different roofing companies. Most of the conversations quickly turned into them testing my knowledge of ice dams or pushing for a full roof replacement before really listening to the problem. Leo was different. He took the time to understand what was actually happening, committed to following up the next morning, and did exactly that. From that point forward, every commitment was met. His crew came out promptly and worked harder and longer than you typically see these days. The quality of the work was excellent, and it was clear they cared about solving the problem rather than selling a bigger project. What impressed me most was the follow-through. As part of the repair scope, Universal installed new gutters as well. After the first major rainstorm, I asked Leo to come back out and make a few adjustments to optimize drainage. He responded immediately and came right out without hesitation. Professional, punctual, responsive, and committed to getting the job done right. In a market where it's often difficult to find contractors who truly stand behind their work, Leo and the team at Universal Roofing were outstanding. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Leandro and his team delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. They stripped and replaced 2,000 square feet of roofing, including 12 sheets of plywood, in a single day. The following day they completed all new gutters and downspouts, and by day three the property was completely cleaned up and restored.
