In a 2014 review, after a boiler was cracked, Ray replied that night, rearranged his schedule and had a new boiler up and running the next day, $2000 cheaper than an oil company's quote of almost $7000. A 2024 r/WorcesterMA post says Landry offers a $20/month membership that covers one heating and one AC maintenance per year, plus 10% off other work. In a 2024 Angi review, a plumber finished a job in 37 minutes and still charged $536, stating that all prices are fixed fees, and the operations manager declined to change the price. The same 2024 review says the first appointment was missed and a $25 credit was offered to reschedule.
