We needed installation of a new bathroom faucet, vanity, toilet and dishwasher. I found TDW Plumbing through Thumbtack. I looked at existing reviews and ratings for this company before making a decision. Review and ratings were very reassuring. I spoke with Abe White of TDW Plumbing and explained to him what we needed done. He was very accommodating and put together a list of the work to be done and the overall cost. I found the price satisfying for everything we needed done. When we met Abe and his assistant, they were very polite, easy-going, and listened to our needs and concerns. It was clear they were very focused on meeting all our needs and ensuring our satisfaction. Abe spoke clearly and was easy to understand. He's a very sharp guy with a great sense of humor. He explained what they were doing and alerted us to any issues they encountered. Two issues came up that were minor. The faucet needed a base plate to ensure the faucet was stable. The vanity didn't come with a backsplash. I was tasked with getting these two items. The faucet, vanity and toilet were installed during the first visit (old toilet kept running all the time generating a very high water bill). This needed to be addressed as soon as possible. At the time of that visit, the new dishwasher had not been delivered yet so we agreed to having them come back to finish the work once we receive the appliance. They completed all work today with installation of the dishwasher and faucet base plate. Abe offered us good advice for how to best protect and extend the life of our new dishwasher based on knowledge he accumulated over the years of working in this field. He and his assistant were very polite and good at explaining things to us. We were extremely pleased with the quality of their work, their professionalism and reliability. We would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

TDW Plumbing did a phenomenal job installing two automatic waterers in my horse pasture. I have never experienced such prompt and clear communication and follow through from a business. The owner , Abe, answered the phone on my first call and contacted the seller of the waterers and got back to me with specific information about costs and a quote for the work on the following day. He always followed up with a text, email, or a direct phone conversation to ensure that I had a full understanding/to answer all questions. The work was scheduled for the following week. Not only were they on-time, they did an excellent job with the necessary excavation and ensured that my horses were safe while the work was in process. The ground was smoothed out nicely once completed and the horses are thrilled with the waterers. His company also has access to financing, which just made the whole thing easier. I intend to contact Abe again for any project that is in his field and highly recommend him without any reservations. I doubt that you would be able to find anyone better or more reasonable.
