Lanfranco Construction

Lanfranco Construction is Andres Lanfranco's remodeling business, run from 18 Archibald Avenue in Methuen. What it advertises is whole-room work — kitchens, bathrooms, basements — plus additions and whole-home remodels. That is the kind of job where the paperwork matters as much as the framing. BuildZoom lists Massachusetts contractor licence #158919 for the company; look that number up yourself on the state's Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation register before you sign anything, and ask for a certificate of insurance. If a gut-and-rebuild of a kitchen, bath or basement is what you are planning, settle the licence question first, then get a written scope and a payment schedule tied to milestones rather than dates.
