Mitchell came out to look at some flickering lights in my kitchen that had been bugging me for a while (definitely worse when it rained, which was a clue). He was honest and clearly knew his stuff — walked me through what was actually going on instead of just throwing parts at it, and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need.
My house is from the 1920s, so I half expected this to turn into a bigger, more expensive project than it needed to be. Instead he tracked down the actual cause and explained it in a way that made sense. Once I get the new dimmers, he will install them and I’m pretty sure I will be good to go. He also fixed a few other issues for me - y’all I was told I should replace some wiring to a light switch and all it needed was a new bulb!! My bad! 😬
