Read the perfect scores as "no complaints surfaced" rather than a deep, current track record. The 38 projects posted on its Houzz profile are the fullest look at the work available. One thing to pin down before booking: the Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License is the company's own statement. Its site names no number, and nothing here confirms it against the state registry — worth asking for the number directly, particularly on anything structural rather than pure planting and lawn work. If your project is a patio, a paver driveway or a retaining wall, LCM Plus is a reasonable shortlist call: the certifications are specific to that work and the stated history is long. Ask for two or three recent local references and the license number, since the public review trail is too light to lean on by itself.
