LDS Construction

LDS Construction is a family-run general contractor in Walpole run by principals Kevin Smith and Jared Ruggieri, who say they started the company in 2015 after growing up in the trade and wanting to run projects without layers of subcontracted management. The firm handles custom home builds and full residential renovations in-house. Its most visible credit so far is being the contractor on a Walpole renovation project featured across a season of This Old House — the show credits Kevin and Jared by name and describes them leading a 1,300-square-foot renovation, with a companion podcast catching up on the project's progress partway through. There isn't yet a public trail of customer reviews to draw on — Google shows a single rating and nothing more substantial has surfaced. Worth asking directly about current availability and pricing, since the This Old House credit speaks to visibility more than to a track record with everyday customers.
