The Walpole company describes itself as a family-owned, turn-key custom modular home builder run by brothers Cary Orlandi Jr. and Thomas Orlandi, handling demolition, permits, engineering, foundations, delivery, site work and landscaping for single-family, multi-family and ADU or in-law projects across Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. The BBB describes it as a distributor for modular home manufacturers, lists Cary Orlandi as president and a business start in 1979, and rates it A+; it is not BBB accredited. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (#189712) is active on the state registry. Google shows 4.7 stars from 14 ratings. That May 2026 customer named Cary and Karen and a crew of five, plus subcontractors, and said they stayed organized and kept the family informed. An October 2024 reviewer said the company built a high-quality home at a reasonable price and was responsive to the changes that come up in a building project.
