Twin Peaks Construction is a Foxborough general contractor run by principals John Marsoobian, Jr. and Scott Cummings, who say a principal stays hands-on for the duration of every project — building custom homes, additions, and interior and exterior renovations, and sometimes acting as construction manager. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, and BuildZoom independently verified the same license as active as of July 2026, showing 61 projects on file. The reviews that describe actual work are consistently strong and specific. One homeowner details a load-bearing wall removed between a kitchen and dining room, with Scott providing a detailed, adjustable estimate and staying reachable by text with follow-up questions and referrals well after the job wrapped. Another describes two rounds of work at a downtown Boston condo, praising the team for working within the building's rules and delivering on what they promised. A third credits John's crew with a garage rebuild, calling the attention to detail 'second to none.' On Houzz, the firm carries a 5.0 average from six reviews alongside five Houzz Awards, three badges and a dozen published project galleries spanning additions, a custom Cape house and a deck/terrace/sunroom build. One Google review worth noting isn't actually about a project — the reviewer says they've never done business with Twin Peaks and is complaining that the company's number keeps generating unwanted calls to their own phone, evidently a wrong-number or caller-ID mix-up rather than anything about the work itself. The company also lists NAHB's Certified Aging in Place Specialist and Certified Graduate Remodeler designations for its principals — worth confirming directly since those aren't independently verified here. For custom builds, additions or renovations that need to work around occupied spaces or condo rules, this is a team with a track record of finishing what they promise.
They continue to have my number listed as a source of contact, and I'm getting calls/texts all the time. They need to remove it. I've never had anything to do with this company.
We have used Twin Peaks twice for construction work at our downtown condo in Boston and both experiences were great. Scott Cummings and his team and professional, organized, understand how to operate within the condo rules and deliver on what they promise. I highly recommend their services and would work with them again. Just wish that they also did work in New Hampshire....
I don't have enough good things to say about Scott and Twin Peaks Construction. My project was taking down a load bearing wall between a kitchen and dining room. He provided a very detailed estimate, editing the estimate based on my having some of the work done separately like the demo, and completed the project efficiently. Scott was fair, knowledgable, kind, reasonable, and communicative. Even since the project ended, he's answered a few random questions I have had by text and recommended great people for other home projects like painting and insulation.
I reaaly enjoyed my experience with Twin Peaks Construction! They were able to help me with my home projects and made the process so easy! I can't recomend them enough!
