I make appointment for my AC service and check why is not cooling they gave me appointment after more than a month , they said they will call me a day before to remind . They didn’t call me . Then I called to ask I have appointment tomorrow, receptionist ask me every thing she can’t find my appointment she said I will call you back but she didn’t after 2 hours I called again no response 4 times I called them some one pick up phone same thing can’t find say I will call you back yes he called back and say we messed up appointment so can’t come that day May be next day . Finally guy show up I said for check what’s wrong in couple of minutes he said nothing wrong I was happy I as him do service . He said need to make appointment. I called next day because my AC start making ice , again I called lady pick she said she will call me . After 10 calls no one call me back so don’t recommend this company.
When my heater stopped working mid-winter I called Leblanc Mechanical, and they were able to repair my furnace that day! This company has excellent customer service and quick response time.
