We are thrilled with our new floors thanks to Legacy Hardwoods. We recently moved to the area and wanted to have our floors refinished before we moved in. Andrew came out within a day and throughly explained the process and assured us the floors would look magnificent once they were finished. He did not lie. The transformation is nothing short of incredible. Andrew kept us abreast during the process. Juan paid special attention to detail and worked diligently to meet our deadline. We recently had our hickory hardwood floors refinished by Legacy Hardwoods. We initially were thinking of other options including total replacement. Andrew and Tina visited our home to take measurements. Andrew immediately said “you need to just refinish these floors because they are going to come back to life”. There was zero upsell pressure. He was right - the floors have new life. Here are before and after photos. His team of workers have a high degree of care. Thanks so much!

We recently moved into a home with carpeting and hit the jackpot when we found hardwood floors underneath. Legacy Hardwoods was the first place to respond to my call and the quickest to come out and give me an estimate. Had I paid enough attention to their location, I probably would have never called since I'm located in GR and I would have assumed that they were too far away to give me the time of day, but that wasn't the case. Andrew was professional and thorough in his assessment, and after receiving quotes from two other companies it was a clear decision to go with Legacy. They even finished ahead of schedule.
