On Google it holds 4.9 stars from 27 ratings. A 2025 Google customer said they got a call back almost immediately about a pinhole leak that was spraying water, that Travis was there within half an hour, and that the problem was fixed in another half hour. A 2025 reviewer said heat pumps and mini splits were installed in their whole house in half a day, and that Travis and Josh were responsive to questions. A 2022 customer said Josh and Travis installed four units and two outdoor condenser units in one working day, and that the job was completed as quoted. A 2023 customer said Josh responded immediately to their urgent call about a failed propane furnace; that customer had a same-day appointment, a quote within an hour, and a new heating system four days later. A 2024 reviewer said the company upgraded their place to a combi unit for hot water heat and hot tap water, repaired a couple of splits in a system that had been disconnected for some time, and had it running by the end of the day. A 2022 reviewer, who described themselves as an architect and former licensed contractor, said Travis and Josh were the plumbers for a full house renovation at their property in Ludlow. A 2025 customer gave one star, saying plastic pipes Josh used on their hot water tank were not up to code and that they had to call twice for problems.
