I've worked with Leiva Flooring for several years, and they do an excellent job. They have installed various new flooring types and refinished floors for me. Their workmanship and attention to detail are very much appreciated in this industry. I also like how they are experienced in water-based poly for hardwood floor applications instead of strictly using oil-based poly with higher VOC emissions.
