In one from January 2025, a customer said the crew arrived early at 7 am and finished the roof replacement at 5 pm. A November 2025 customer said Jesus took his time to find a leak in a very difficult spot and repaired it, with no issue since. In January 2025, a customer had a new rubber membrane roof installed along with new soffits, PVC trim and seamless gutters, and said the job came in on budget. A March 2026 customer in Marshfield said the crew showed up the day after they reached out to fix some storm damage. One complaint is about durability. In a March 2024 review, a customer said a flat rubber roof Lema installed in 2012 started leaking in 2014, was patched under the 10-year labor warranty, and has leaked again since 2023, and that multiple roofers and an insurance adjuster agreed the installation was done poorly. I can’t say enough good things about Lema Construction. From my very first meeting with Jesus, I was impressed. Before he even left my house, he sat in his truck in my driveway and put together an estimate for me—I don’t think I’ve ever received one that quickly. From there, everything continued to exceed my expectations. Jesus assembled an incredible crew led by Luis, who was onsite each day, and truly wonderful. Their work ethic, efficiency, attention to detail, and quality of workmanship were outstanding. This was a large siding and window project, and they worked tirelessly every day until it was completed just a week later. They were also incredibly respectful, kind, and meticulous about cleaning up throughout the entire job. After a very disappointing experience with another contractor, working with Lema Construction was such a refreshing experience. It’s rare that a company truly surprises me with both the quality of their work and the people doing it, but this team absolutely did. I’m genuinely grateful for the care they put into my home. I would hire Lema Construction again without hesitation and would be confident to recommend Jesus and his team to anyone looking for a contractor they can trust.

Lema Construction Inc completed a new roof installation on our home in Walpole and the results are excellent.
