Vinny did an amazing job with the work we needed done to the plumbing in our basement. He was clearly knowledgeable, promptly communicated, thorough with his analysis and explanations, and was very personable and went above and beyond to accommodate! We would recommend his services!!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Vincent and Pro Plumbing. With all the work I had done, Vincent was very responsive and explained everything clearly. I had many pipes burst and a mess, to say the least. Vincent came right out, assessed and repaired all the split pipes. I also had an old furnace and hot water tank which needed replacing. The old ones were taken out and I had a new combination heat/hot water system installed by Pro Plumbing. I am so thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of Vincent and the others that worked with him. They were always here when they said they would be. Very organized and neat when working. The new unit was installed neatly with attention to so much detail. They even painted the boards behind the unit. Vincent is Trustworthy, honest and reliable..I have never had a better experience with a company before.
My wife and I can't recommend Pro Plumbing and Drain Service enough! We recently bought a house and reached out regarding a few things that had popped up around the house (old toilets that will need replacing, some leaks, banging pipes) and Vinny has been great to work with. Very polite, professional, and knowledgable with prompt service! He came within an hour of us calling when we found an active leak in our garage and took care of it. We'll definitely be going with Pro Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs.
This was our first time using Pro Plumbing and we would highly recommend them. We contacted them for a leak/ toilet issue on the recommendation of another customer. I have only good things to say..Vinny the owner was very responsive and the person he sent out to do the job was a great guy, competent, efficient and conscientious. 5 stars for sure!
Vinny is very professional and great to work with. Gave an honest & expert opinion on the services needed and did not over charge me.
