The written history for the last several years is consistently strong: in an April 2025 review, one customer said Leo quoted the job one day and had shrub stumps and a large bush removed the next; a 2024 review described the crew taking on an extremely overgrown yard and working tirelessly with strong attention to detail; another 2024 review described Leonel coming quickly to quote and complete a spring cleanup for a customer recovering from foot surgery. Reviewers repeatedly describe him as responsive, fair-priced, and accommodating of a customer's budget or property goals, a pattern that runs back through reviews from 2019, 2021, and 2022 as well. Two older reviews stand apart from that pattern. In a 2018 review, a customer described leaves blown into the woods rather than removed, part of the property left uncleaned despite the agreement, and a request for more money to finish the job. In a 2017 review, another customer described the quoted price changing after work began, being pushed into weekly cuts instead of the biweekly service requested, and the crew stopping without notice after being paid in full for a month. Nothing similar shows up in the seven years of reviews since — the more recent written history, from 2019 through 2025, is uniformly positive. For a spring cleanup, overgrowth taming, or general lawn care in the Lynn area, the recent consistency carries the most weight here, though the two older accounts above are worth knowing about.
