Specific projects show up again and again — a 23-foot cracked sidewalk replaced with new pavers in two days, a 6x40-foot retaining wall paired with a concrete garage-roof pour, a tight in-ground pool deck rebuilt with no room for heavy equipment, bluestone steps and veneers installed with a crew a customer singled out by name. Two reviewers separately credit the crew with sealing a leaking basement — one saved a condo building's units from flooding, another fixed a leaky front-porch foundation. The record isn't spotless. In a 2021 review, a customer said the pavers on a new patio kept shifting even after two return visits to fix them, and that a poured concrete foundation around new stone steps was left rough and damaged, with an agreed-on landing repair never done. In a 2022 review, another customer said Sander cancelled a promised chimney repointing job over a light-rain forecast, then went silent on follow-up calls and texts when asked to reschedule. Both are older accounts, and nothing since points to a repeat of either issue.
